Keep It Tight was started by four friends from the Bay Area who share a love of fitness and wanted to create a forum for others to express their enthusiasm. From the pregnant mother who walks two miles a day to maintain her health to the professional athlete who trains four hours a day in the gym, Keep It Tight is each individual's motivation to stay as healthy and fit as their lifestyle demands.
